The main character in this game is an ordinary stalker who decides to return to the Zone of Alienation after several years. However, upon crossing the border between the ordinary world and the Zone, he unexpectedly discovers that a large-scale war has broken out among its factions. It doesn't take a soothsayer to understand the ominous outcome of this internal struggle among all stalkers.
